• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order.
• Cancellation: 

      - Orders canceled within 72 hours of payment are eligible for a FULL refund

      - Orders canceled within 6 days of due date are eligible for 50% refund.

      - Orders canceled with LESS than 6 days of the due date are NON-refundable 

• Order Changes: Small modifications (design tweaks, messaging, colors) may be requested up to 5 days before the scheduled due date.
• Pickups & Deliveries:

     - Standard pickup and delivery times are coordinated with buyer, and are scheduled by 12pm,

     - If you require a time later than 12pm, please reach out in advance - we'll let you know if we're able to accommodate your request.

     - After delivery or pick-up, we are not responsible for damage due to customer handling.
